Linda Ann Willis

Linda was devoted to life, her family, her faith, her friends, her art, her pets and to any and all animals. She was a gentle, kind and giving person. She lovingly donated a lung lobe that was transplanted in her daughter Kristie. This gift of life enabled Kristie to pursue the dreams of her life including graduating from Samford University and participating in a career in journalism. She adopted her son, Jon Marc at birth when she was no longer able to give birth.

Linda is predeceased by her daughter Kristie Lynn Willlis, by her parents George C. and Frances N. Ehrhart and by her In-Laws Cecil O. Sr. and Geneva Loyce Willis. She is survived by her husband C.O. “Zeke” Willis and her son Jon Marc Willis both of Birmingham, AL; granddaughters Schyler and Madison Willis and their brother Brian Harlan all of Merritt Island, FL. She is also survived by her sister Kathy Robinson and her nephew Doug Robinson of Hendersonville, NC; nieces Valeria Brackett of Roswell, GA and Victoria Robinson of Birmingham, AL.

A Memorial Service to Celebrate Linda’s life will be held at The Church at Brook Hills, 3145 Brook Highland Pkwy, Birmingham, AL at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, October 28, 2015. Burial will follow a short Memorial Service Monday, October 26, 2015 at Roselawn Cemetery in Tallahassee, FL.
