Oct 15, 1956 - Aug 2, 2014 Maggie was known to those who loved her as a free spirited person who loved life, her cats, and sweet tea. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her father, Leon Earl Elliott. She is survived by her mother, Opal M. Elliott, son, Matthew (Lisa) Nixon, granddaughter, Laylin Nixon, sister, Rebecca Ellis, and nephews, Chris and James Ellis. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Elmwood Cemetery.
