Brian Pomponio

Brian Pomponio, 45, passed away on Wednesday June 6, 2012. He was a lifelong resident of Belleville. Brian was an avid sports fan of the Steeler’s, Penguin’s and Pirate’s. He worked as a warehouseman for Anheuser- Busch Brewery in Newark for the past 25 years.

Brian was the beloved son of the late Louis Pomponio. He is survived by his loving mother, Carol (Kimble) Pomponio, daughter, Brianna Pomponio, brother, Louis Pomponio Jr. and his wife, Maryann; sister, Laura Maccarone; nieces, Nicole and her husband Jimmy, Danielle, Michelle and Jenna and nephew Peter.

Visitation will be Friday June 8th, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral services will be conducted by the Zarro Funeral Home (www.zarrofuneralhome.net) 145 Harrison St., Bloomfield on Saturday at 8:00 am followed by a mass at 9:30 am at Holy Family Church, Nutley. The interment is at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton
