Mario Ciccone, 78, of Bloomfield, passed away on November 5, 2015. He was born in Calabritto Italy, moved to the US in1967 and has lived in Bloomfield for the past 43years. Mario was a carpenter for Rutgers University, Newark for 21 years before retiring in 2004.
Mario is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Sara ( D’Alessio), his sons, Antonio and his wife Carol, and Giuseppe and his wife Giuseppina; grandchildren, Mario, Sara, Maria Carmen, and Michael Ciccone; and a Brother, Salvatore.
Visitation will be on Monday and Tuesday, November 9th & 10th from 5-9pm. A mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:30am on Wednesday at St. Lucy’s R. C. Church, Newark followed by entombment at The Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
