Michael Bresee

Michael P. Bresee, 54, born in Newark and lived in Linden, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2013. He was a Chemical Operator for Benjamin Moore Paint Company in Newark for 15 years. He proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1980-1983.

Private services were conducted from the Zarro Funeral Home, (www.zarrofuneralhome.net), 145 Harrison St., Bloomfield. Donations will be accepted in Michael’s memory to : Lustgarten Foundation (for Pancreatic Research), 1111Stewart Avenue, Bethpage, NY 11714. Michael loved everything fishing! Saltwater, freshwater, fly fishing, you name it. He would be fishing every chance he could get especially with his brothers, he even went through some of the toughest times of Chemo therapy, the only thing more precious to him other than fishing was the love of his beautiful daughters.

He is survived by his daughters, Breann and April and their mother Barbara Bresee; siblings and their spouses, Kathleen and Dennis Gintella, Patricia Lopes, Fred, James and Maureen, John, Thomas and Robert and Michelle Bresee and many loving nieces and nephews.
