Bobbie J Walton

November 27th 1931 in Colbert, Okla marked another historic event the birth was a special day for Cleve and Lillie Lyons with a birth of a daughter Bobbie Jewel, one of 14 children, 12 of her siblings have preceded her in death. She is survived by one sister Lillie Mae Lyons of Phoenix Arizona. She was raised and received her education in Oklahoma. Her lifelong interest were in cosmetology and nursing. She ended her career as a postal employee retiree.

She was the mother of 3 children, James H Braxton who preceded her in death. Patricia Summerlin and Oscar Jones of San Bernardino, Ca. She shared a life with Green Walton who also has preceded her in death. She accepted Christ as her personal savior and served at Greater Cornerstone Church as an Usher, Deaconess and church Mother. She was the oldest member in the church. Even as her health began to fail she remained faithful to God until her last moments.

She leaves to cherish her memories, 2 children Patricia Summerlin and Oscar Jones of San Bernardino, Ca 5 grandchildren; Suprenna Jones, Marcus Summerlin Sr; Kevin Pearson Sr; Darrin Pearson Sr; James Summerlin (deceased), Keiandrea Mandley of Phoenix, Arizona, Great grandchildren Michael Jones, Travon and Tranise McCarey of San Bernardino, Ca 21 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends and was affectionately known as "Nanny".
