Delia was the beloved wife of Francisco Sauceda. Together, they built a life centered around family and shared values, raising eight children: Maria, Rodolfo, Gilbert, Odilia, Raymundo, Santos, Nellie, and Francisco Jr. Her legacy continues through her 23 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Born to Ignacio and Rebeca Treviño in the heart of South Texas, Delia grew up surrounded by a large and close-knit family. She was one of nine siblings and maintained strong bonds with her brothers and sisters throughout her life. She is lovingly remembered by her surviving sisters: Delfina Reyna, Dolores Zavala, and Gloria Bocanegra. She now joins in rest her parents; her brothers Daniel Treviño and David Treviño; and her sisters Maria Consuelo Treviño, Dora Gonzalez, and Margaret Treviño.
Delia’s life was marked by devotion—to her family above all else. Her home was a place of warmth where generations gathered to share meals, stories, and traditions. Her strength and resilience were evident in the way she nurtured not only her own children but also the many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who looked up to her as a guiding presence.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her best—her family members who carry forward the values she instilled through example: love, perseverance through challenges, and pride in heritage.
May Delia Sauceda’s memory bring comfort to all who loved her.
