Edwina Lewise Ausherman

Edwina Lewise “Eddie Lew” Butler was born on April 14, 1931 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. During the 1930’s the family moved to Nebraska to be closer to relatives. Eventually, the cold climate enticed them to move out to sunny California when Edwina was a teenager.

She attended San Bernardino High School and was the graduating class of 1949. That same year, she married Harold W. Ausherman and the couple had two children; Karen in 1952 and Keven in 1955. Edwina was a member of several groups that were near and dear to her heart such as, The Order of Eastern Star, Red Hat Society and United Methodist Women’s Group.

Edwina always kept herself busy with several hobbies, she enjoyed baking, gardening, traveling and of course spending time with friends and loved ones. She was a resident of Rialto for 63 years.

Edwina was predeceased by her husband Harold and son Keven. Survivors include her daughter Karen, 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
