Gonzalo Cruz Infante

Gonzalo Cruz Infante, 68, of Bloomington, CA passed away on October 26, 2024 at Kaiser Permanente in Fontana with the love of his life, Marisela Cruz Ramirez, by his side, holding his hand as he took his last breath. The son of Irineo Cruz Mendoza and Rafaela Infante Rodriguez, Gonzalo was born on January 6, 1956 in Guadalupe de Jalpa de Canovas Guanajuato, Mexico. Gonzalo married Marisela Ramirez on March 25, 1979 in Jalpa de Canovas, Guanajuato, Mexico, and they were together for 45 years before he passed. Their love and dedication to each other was like no other.

Gonzalo is survived by his wife Marisela Cruz and their 6 children: Maritza Montano (daughter) and her husband Saul Montano, Maria Elizabeth Cruz (daughter), Eduardo Cruz (son) and his wife Martha Cruz, Miguel Angel Cruz (son), Octavio Cruz (son) and his wife Erika Cruz, Moises Cruz (son), and 14 grandchildren: Miranda Montano, Christopher Roman, Julian Montano, Alexander Roman, Alyssa Cruz, Sebastian Montano, Jonathan Roman, Brian Cruz, Antonio Montano, Abigail Montano, Adam Cruz, Adeline Cruz, Aliyah Cruz, and Elias Cruz. Gonzalo was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Gonzalo is survived by several brothers, sisters, and many friends that he always made laugh with his vivid stories. Gonzalo worked for Ralphs grocery stores for 23 1/2 years in the produce section before he retired. He was always praised for his hard work and dedication to keeping the produce section of the store organized.

The viewing was held on Friday, November 15, 2024 from 5pm - 8pm at Green Acres Memorial Park and Mortuary, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316.

The funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 10 am at Green Acres Memorial Park and Mortuary.
