A visitation for Joel will be held Monday, March 14, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Green Acres Mortuary, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, March 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 3074 Madison Ave., Riverside, CA 92504.
