Phillip E. Thompson - Born October 28, 1949 in Indianapolis, Indiana from his parents Vern & Geraldine Thompson.
Philip married Rebecca Smith and from that union they had a daughter Michele Carey.
Philip is survived by his wife, Rebecca Smith; daughter, Michele Carey; granddaughter, Rebecca Carey; two brothers, Gary and Lee Thompson and one sister, Carol Alpert.
Funeral Services will take place at Green Acres Chapel on Wednesday, November 29, 2017. Viewing from 12 pm to 1 pm followed by a Chapel Service at 1 pm then following a committal at Green Acres Memorial Park.
