Bernard "Bernie" W. Madison, 67, of Heyworth, passed away at 11:20 a.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at his home.
Surviving: 3 Daughters, Donna (Patrick) Boehm of Mackinaw, Diana (Tim) Westfall of Danvers and Dee Rever of Bloomington; six grandchildren; one great-grandson.
Services: Memorial visitation from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, January 20, 2013, at East Lawn Funeral Home, Bloomington. Cremation rites have been accorded.
