Billie Jane Waldrum

She was born September 16, 1954 in Kankakee to William O. and Savada Jane (Fulk) Speir. She married Paul Smiley. In 1984 she married Michael Moyer who passed away in 2003. She then married Paul Waldrum in 2008 who passed away in October of 2012.

Billie was a registered Nurse a member of the Baptist Faith and local quilters club in Savoy Texas.

Survivors include a son Kevin Smiley of Ohio; daughters Madonna Smiley of Kentucky, Paula Smiley of Florida, Michelle Gillihan of Alabama, Marsha Smiley of Florida; step sons: James Waldrum of Texas and Michael Waldrum of Texas; step-daughter: Christy Waldrum of Texas; step-mother: Carol Splier of Sauk Village, IL, sisters: Annette E. Speir of Arkansa, Jackie Speir of Illinois, Nancy Huffins of Illinois, brothers: William A. Speir of Illinois, Timothy L. Speir of Illinois, Mark Anthony Speir of Illinois and Terry Knowski of Illinois; and numerous grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her three husbands and parents.
