Guy was born October 15, 1961 in Blue Island to Norbert and Elizabeth Roesemeier. He married Sheryl Darr November 8, 2004 in Kankakee. She survives.
Also surviving is a sister, Debbie Taylor of Gilman; 1 niece, Shannon Mueller of Gilman; 1 nephew, Jeremy McLaughlin of Danforth; and his step-children and step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 nephew, Clifford Taylor.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Monday, April 30, 2012 at East Lawn Funeral Home, Bloomington. Visitation will be one hour prior at the funeral home. Interment will follow at East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Bloomington.
Guy was member of St. John’s United Church of Christ. He had a need for speed, and will be missed by many.
