He was born December 28, 1943 in Metcalf, IL to Earl Francis and Thelma June (Murray) Langford. On August 16, 1975 he married Connie Saluto in Bloomington.
Bill served his country in the United States Navy during the Dominican Conflict. He was an avid Cubs, Bears and Illini fan. He loved to golf and fish.
Survivors include his wife of Bloomington; children: Kevin Langford of Humble, TX, Kristi (Michael) Hotchkiss of Bloomington; grandchildren: Ava Langford of Humble, TX, Tyler and Natalie Hotchkiss of Bloomington, IL; siblings: Jean Ford of Sidell, IL, Earl Langford of Fall Creek, WI; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister: Mary Etta Langford and brother-in-law: Ray Ford.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7pm on Friday March 6, 2015 at East Lawn Funeral Home, 1102 Airport Rd. Bloomington, IL. Funeral Servcie will be at 11am Saturday March 7, 2015 at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at East Lawn Memorial Gardens.
