She was born April 8, 1937 in Birmingham, AL to L.C. and Juanita Martin. She later married Carter Nunnally.
Surviving are 2 sons, Walt (Melinda) Nunnally, Washburn and Mike (Susan) Nunnally, Montgomery, AL; 5 grandaughters, Alyssa, Meaghan, Katie, Stephanie and Heather; 3 grandsons, Steven, Chris and Jon; 6 great-grandchildren, Kaden, Brianna, Cheyenne, Deziree, Nathaniel, and Braden. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
There will be no services or visitation. Inurnment will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Montgomery, AL. Cremation rites have been accorded by East Lawn Funeral Home, Bloomington.
