Barbara Lou Reynolds

Barbara Lou Reynolds age 83, of Bloomington, passed away on May 30, 2015 in I.U. Health Hospital in Bloomington. She was born in Harrodsburg, IN to the late Chester and Maude(McGlothlin)Pettit on July 1, 1931. She married Walter Reynolds on February 16, 1957 in Bedford, IN. Walter preceded her in death in 1997. Barbara worked at RCA for many years, but enjoyed many hobbies too. Quilting, working puzzles, reading, playing games and cards with her family and going to French Lick kept her busy. She was a past member of the Moose Lodge #1081, Amvets and VFW in Bloomington.

Barbara is survived by her four children; Vicki(Brett)Baker, James(Becky)Reynolds, Tony Strain, and Melody White and one sister Peggy Dorsey.

She was preceded in death by her sister Joan Nunn and brother Ralph Deckard. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call on Friday, June 5, 2015 from 11a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. in Deremiah-Frye Mortuary Greene & Harrell Chapel, 700 W. Gourley Pike, Bloomington, IN 47404. Entombment to follow in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
