

James B. “Jim” Naylor passed away in Richland-Bean Blossom Health Center on August 15, 2012. He was 74 years old, born on November 1, 1937 in Bloomington, IN to Clyde and Mary(Fowler)Naylor. Jim was a 1955 graduate of Bloomington High School. He worked for Don Mitchell Builders as a contractor for over 40 years.He married Joy C. Kale who preceded him in death in 1996. He married Barbara Elzey in 2000. Jim is a member of Maple Grove Christian Church. His hobbies include woodworking and working on his family farm.Jim is survived by his loving wife Barbara, 2 brothers; Jay “Bart”(Sarah)Naylor, John(Leanna)Naylor, 1 sister; Julia “Susie”(Victor)Anderson, 4 step-children; Steven(Candy)Elzey, James Elzey, Cynthia(Stephen)Cross and Victoria(Scott Riley)Elzey, 10 nieces and nephews; Ann(Brian)Lammers, Lynn(Mark)Goodwin, Karrie(Jason)Bailey, Scott Naylor, Johnna(Tommy)Martin, Jama Naylor, Jennifer(John)Livingston, Josh(Randi)Naylor, Vincent(Wendy) Anderson, and Jerry(Jana)Anderson, 17 great nieces and nephews; Brianna and Justin Lammers, Jaylynn, Garrett and Katelynn Goodwin, Brendan, Brooke, and Brayden Bailey, Ronnie, Robbie, and Riley Martin, Abbey Wells and Alex Livingston,Carly Naylor, Danica, Emmett and Eleanor Anderson, 2 step-grandchildren; Taylor Elzey and Elizabeth Cross.
He was preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Mary Naylor.Friends may call on Friday, August 17, 2012 from 4-8 p.m. in Deremiah-Frye Mortuary Greene & Harrell Chapel. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. also in the funeral home. Pastor Rick Amerine officiating. Burial in Maple Grove Cemetery.
