Charles "Chuck" Conrad Yund was born on November 27, 1948 in Albany, NY to Charles and Arabella Yund. He graduated from Shaker High School and attended Albany Community College. Chuck enjoyed a very successful career encompassing real estate, property management, and owning restaurants. On October 22, 2011 he passed away, succumbing to his illness. He is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer; his beautiful sons, Chaz and Rocco. His mother, Arabelle Oses; siblings, brother, William "Billy" Yund and his wife Carol; sister, Maryanne Shields and her husband Joe; and sister, Louise “Nooney” Finlay and her husband David are left to cherish his memory. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at Delray Beach.
