Florence Garrett

Born Florence Feldman in New York city on July 19, 1921 to Paul and Rose Feldman. She leaves behind two children Jay Garrett, of Oak Run, CA and Robert Garrett, of Boca Raton, FL. She also leaves behind six grandchildren, Michael Garrett, Roger Garrett, Jeffrey Garrett, Adam Gerard, Jill Atkinson, and Bill Gerard. Florence had 13 great grandchildren. Florence is preceded in death by her father Paul Feldman, her mother Rose Feldman, her sister Penny Miller, her brother Martin Feldman, and her daughter in law Jessie Garrett. Florence grew up in New York and California, she graduated from Compton high school in 1939 and moved back to New York where she met her husband Jesse E Garrett who was in the navy. After Jay and Robert were born, Florence moved to Japan to be with her husband, then back to California.

Florence was a real estate broker for over 35 years. Florence enjoyed being the matriarch of the family. She also loved to paint and enjoyed traveling the world. Florence was also a great cook. She will be missed by all.
