Betty Dorene Church

Betty was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She loved to sing, dance and was such a compassionate mother and grandmother that protected her family. Some of her hobbies were playing cards, walking on the beach and just being with her family.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Elsie Lambert Miller; father, Everette Neil Miller; sister, Brenda Sue Shaw; brother, Earlronda Miller. She is survived by her husband, Tommy Church; children, Bobby Wayne Church, Cynthia LeAnne Ridenhour; son in law, Jeremy Ridenhour; grandchildren, Collin Neil Ray Ridenhour, Jaden Marie Keith, Nathan Earl Church, Taylor Janelle West, Gabriel Alexander West; siblings, Jackie Miller (Glinda Miller), Carrie Josey, Scotty Miller(Berguittia Marshall).

A memorial service will be held at 3029 Ebbtide Lane, Varnamtown, NC 28462, Thursday, May 20th, at 2:00 pm. Florist will be Wine & Roses in Southport, 910-457-4428.
