She was born May, 7, 1939 in Smithfield, VA to the late John Edward Chapman, Jr. and Ollie Belle Thomas Chapman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben Neese, a daughter, Lisa Margo Neese and a brother Thomas Wilson Chapman.
Survivors include a son David Lee Neese of Swansea, SC; a sister, Kay Chapman Hagerman of Holden Beach, NC and three grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be private.
