

Pearl Fraley Stump, age 90, of Winnabow, affectionately known as “Big Rock Lane” passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 in the Lower Cape Fear Hospice Care Center, “Brunswick House”, Bolivia, NC.
Born in Betsy Lane, Kentucky on December 11, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Ham and Jencie Moles Fraley. Mrs. Pearl was a longtime member of Peace Memorial Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Ray Warner Stump, a daughter, Ginger Lana Stump, a son, Danny Ben Stump, a granddaughter, Deana Stump, a sister, Opal Duty and a brother, Claude Fraley.
Survivors include a son, Kermit Ray Stump and wife Gussie of Winnabow; a daughter, Jencie S. Varnam and husband Ronald of Bolivia; daughter-in-law, Pam Stump of Wilmington; grandchildren, Tammy, Charlotte, Sabrina, Serena, Danny, Kermit, April, Cindy, Chris, Lonnie; great-grandchildren, Damien, Victoria, Chandler, Fisher, Colton, D.K., Dillon, Aryn, Ashtin, Mason, Cody and Henry.
Funeral services will be conducted from the graveside on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the Stump Family Cemetery, Winnabow.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:30 PM, at White Funeral & Cremation Service, Bolivia/Supply Chapel.
Pallbearers will be grandsons of Mrs. Pearl, Lonnie, Danny, Kermit, Chris, D.K., Damien and Fisher.
