Phillip Eugene Moore, age 85, of Bolivia, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2025 in Bolivia. Born April 23, 1939 in Iowa, he was the son of the late Owen Neil Moore and Eunice Evelyn Stephens Moore. Mr. Moore was retired from the State Government and served in the United States Navy.
