Roger Dale Robinson

Mr. Robinson was born in Brunswick Co. on October 28, 1950 and was son of the late O.Y. “Jinx” Robinson and Icelane Evans Robinson. He owned and operated Roger Robinson Logging. He enjoyed 4 x 4 mud racing, roller skating, shag dancing, shooting pool, fishing, and he loved animals. He was also a talented welder. Mr. Robinson was a member of Supply Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife Debbie Robinson; three children, Douglas Robinson and wife Heather of Supply, Michelle McGee and husband Eddie of Myrtle Beach, Jason Robinson of Supply; grandchildren, Brianna Robinson, Ashley Robinson, Ryli Ann Robinson, Shelby McGee, Mackenzie McGee; two great-grandchildren, Kaiden McGee and Kaylynn Hilbourn; two brothers, Robert Robinson and Clayton Robinson of Supply; two sisters, Betty Simmons and Carolyn Rich of Supply.

Funeral services will be held Friday March 24, 2017 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with the Reverend Anthony Clemmons officiating.

Interment will follow in the Galloway Cemetery, West.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Snow, Brandon Garner, Jeffrey Sellers, Clay McEntyre, Britt Dail, Scott Powers, James McDonald, and Chris Robinson.

Friends are invited to a time of visitation with the family at their home on Thursday March 23, 2017.
