Samuel Dean Taylor

Sam was born May 23, 1949 in Onslow County. Sam was a longtime resident of Winnabow, North Carolina. Sam was the happiest when he was with his horses which he loved dearly. We hope he finds his horse track in the sky. He will be missed dearly. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Bonnie Taylor in 2021, his mother, father, and several siblings.

He leaves behind his son, Chris Taylor; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Taylor; daughter, Amy Taylor; step daughter, Lynn Brus; siblings, Sidney Taylor, Brenda Carroway, Floyd Taylor, and Margaret Humphrey along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

The family would like to thank the entire staff of Universal Healthcare of Bolivia for all the love, care, and support shown to Sam and his family. We would also like to thank Alton and Melissa Benton for all the help they have given Sam.

In accordance with his wishes, no services are planned.
