Zack was born on October 26, 1988. Zack was an army veteran and an avid sports fan. He was a very giving person, a beloved father, and an amazing husband.
Zack is survived by his wife, Kayla Johnson, of Bolivia; mother, Tonya Harrison of Bolivia; son, Levi Cash Johnson; brother, Andrew Thomas Johnson and partner, Nathanael Lane, of Cary; sister, Alex Stuart and husband, Christopher, of Oklahoma City, and Meredith Lampky, and husband, Nicholas, of Burlington, NC; nephews, Bryson and Mason Parker; niece, Zoey Pilkington; and a close family friend, Gary Lawrence, of Mebane.
Services will be private.
