Mom,
 
The time has come for you to rest and be with God.  God has a special place for you in heaven. Mom, you have always been there to watch over us. You are now our Angel in heaven watching over us. I miss you so much, and will always have you in my heart.

A good and kind heart has stopped beating here on earth, a good soul has ascended into heaven. May God give you eternal rest in Heaven, and our Family the strength to bear our great pain and sadness.

We Love You Mom. We pray for you. We thank you for your limitless love and kindness, your nurturing, encouragement and guidance, and the selflessness you have shown all of us. These qualities you possess, we learn from you. I am eternally grateful for all that you have done for us. You will always be Forever In Our Hearts.

You are now with Dad in heaven.

It is with a heavy heart I am writing about the loss of an amazing woman. 
God blessed me with the best Mother in-law I could have ever asked for.
She was the best mother to Cleto, and the best grandmother to my kids.
She was so selfless and always worried about her family. She did everything she could to guide and protect us.
Mom always showered my family with so much kindness, generosity and most importantly unfailing love. Heaven welcomed a new angel last night.
We love you mom with all our hearts and we will miss you dearly.

“Hi MOM!”,

Thank you for everything Mom! You have been a constant in my life that will be truly missed. Thank you for always being there for me and my family. I knew I could always lean on you whenever I needed.

I will always cherish your ferocious love for all of us. I will never forget you teaching me and my siblings life lessons and how to lead with LOVE. I will miss you always checking in on our family to make sure we are doing okay, especially my Daddy. 

God gave me the best grandmother!  I wish I could give you one last goodbye embrace, so I can tell you that…”I love you”...and so I can hear you say…”I love you MORE Anak ko!”

I will cherish all of the memories we had together and all of the milestones you were a part of in my life. I know you will continue to watch over us and guide us from heaven. 

You were a giant in my life and I will always have so much love for you in my heart. You are 1 of 1, and one of my favorite people in this world. You were a  special part of our lives and we think about you everyday.

Mom,

I still can’t believe you are gone. You meant so much to me and my family, and you always will. There was so much I admired about you. Your faith in God, generosity, selflessness, bravery, and love for others are just a few that made you so special. You were always supportive in anything I did, but also never hesitated to give me advice whenever you felt it was necessary. Thank you for always making sure I was fed and staying up with my schoolwork. Thank you for letting me come over to take naps at your house during my long breaks in college. Thank you for sharing all my greatest achievements with me, and for making each time spent with you a memory that I will cherish for the rest of my life. 

Mom, you will be deeply missed, but your legacy lives on forever. Please continue to watch over my family, and may your spirit be with us always.

 Mom,
As the MATRIARCH of the Nanquil family you had such a dominant and influential presence. Your faith in God was undeniable- and you lived your life as a good Christian woman, who always put others first. 
You tirelessly did your best to guide us, to teach us, to support us, to encourage us and to protect us.

I will never forget your infamous one liners- My favorite one liner is when we would say, “I love you Mom” and you would respond, “I LOVE YOU MORE ANAK KO.” 

 I can still hear your voice giving me advise. I miss our heart to hearts. I will never forget your laugh- it was so contagious, it never failed to make me laugh too. I will never forget you dancing around the house or your requests to sing Christmas songs any time of the year. And how can I ever forget your passion for gardening. It amazed me that everything you touched GREW.  I have fond memories of watching you water your plants and eating guavas with you. 

Thank you for being at EVERY birthday, EVERY graduation, EVERY huge milestone in my life!! It meant the world to me that you were always there!

Thank you for teaching me patience, especially when I was waiting to get my first nursing job after passing my boards. You always said, “YOU CAN DO IT” and just to be PATIENT. You always seemed to be right about EVERYTHING. 

I will always remember YOU and everything about you.  

You worried about us constantly, and I know it’s because you always just wanted the best for us. But please try not to worry about us too much anymore, especially my Daddy, I promised you I would take care of him. Although we are HEARTBROKEN that you are gone, I am relieved that you are finally able to rest. 

My brothers and I know that you are always watching over us and guiding us. 
We miss you EVERY second of EVERY day!
Like we always use to say to each other when I would leave...
“BYE MY BEST FRIEEENNNDDD!!!”

I will always remember riding around town with you and all that gallivanting (you were supposedly against gallivanting, but I guess you were ok with it as long as you were there with me).  

From the bank, NEX, bakeries, swapmeets, your friends houses, to the cemetery.

You've always been there for me Mom.  

From my earliest of memories, you've always been my safe haven. 

I cherish all the memories and wisdom you've imparted to not only me but also my son, Noah (aka the boy).  

He says he'll miss playing with you, because you were a always a great playmate.

We love you forever!
