Joe was such a great friend! From the time I moved from Texas over 20 years ago up until now he was always a person of great dignity and respect for other people! He will truly be missed! I know that heaven has a good man to help stand guard now! You will always be in my prayers!

My sincere condolences to Ray, also to all his family and friends in his beloved Tenn. I am heartbroken with the passing of my dear friend Rob.He was more like a little brother to me. He would call me sis or Georgine, and I have so many fond, great memories. We have helped each other in so many ways, comforting each other in times of sorrow or having a damn good time when we were together., whether we were spending time at my son's karate class every Sat. or when we were getting into trouble at work. Listening to his wonderful stories while he made his beloved grandmother's buttermilk biscuits, I still can't make them the way he did even tho he gave me her recipe, the time he came to my house for dinner and someone stole the tires off his truck and left it up on the jacks, the time he needed to get away and flew to Oregon where I was vacationing at my brother's house. We always had so much fun in each others company. I have so many fond memories, and stories starting back from 1991 till now. He always told me, and we talked about it a lot, we were going to go on a road trip to Tenn. so he could show me everything that meant so much to him. Maybe someday I'll do it alone in memory of him. I will always love and miss you, my lil brother, my dearest friend, Rob. Rest in peace my dear friend, Love Sis, Georgine, or Georgia

Bobby Joe Kelley was the kindest man I've ever met.  He didn't understand why the world was so unkind and people could mistreat other folks..... he is a saint, deeply spiritual and loves God more than anything.  I will miss him so.
