

He was the son of Joseph Alex Quijano and Cynthia Louis Boone. David grew up in Chula Vista, California.
He had one brother, Joseph Benjamin Paredes, and one sister, Monique Marie Devin. David and his siblings shared many life experiences over the years.
A typical teenager, David had a fairly happy high school experience, making that critical transition from adolescence to adulthood.
David enjoyed his leisure time by taking part in various hobbies. One of his favorite pursuits was playing the piano. David also found pleasure in sports. Recreational sports included skateboarding, snowboarding and motorcycle riding. In fact, David was a skateboarding Champ.
David was also something of a sports fan and enjoyed following his favorite events whenever he had the chance to do so.
David passed away on December 19, 2010 at El Cajon, California due to an accident. He is survived by his father Joseph Alex Quijano; his mother Cynthia Louise Devin; his brother Joseph Benjamin Paredes; his sister Monique Marie Devin; three uncles; two aunts and five cousins. Services were held at The Little Chapel of the Roses in Bonita, California. A private inurnment was held for David by his family.
Simply stated, David was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by his family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. David leaves behind him a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life he touched will always remember David J. Quijano.
