Words can't explain how much I miss you... I will never forget your love, your stern guidance, and your many words of wisdom.  I miss our talks about basketball, life, home ownership, food, everything! I miss your super professional voicemails and texts where you would make sure to tell me the exact date, time, and reason you called, never forgetting to tell me you love me after every conversation... I miss your well written and thought out texts, and your obsession with Chipotle and Costco... I just miss you so much... 

I'm so glad to have had 32 years with you and though I wish it was more, I am so very grateful for that time, especially the last 5 or 6 years that we had grown even closer.  Thank you for always being a listening ear, loving me unconditionally, and being a voice of reason always. I am grateful for all the memories, experiences,  and lessons you gave me throughout my life, and I will cherish every single one them forever. I promise to continue to made you proud. I am so sorry that cousin Edgar left us so early in life he was a great young man who always tried to fulfill his dreams and worked very hard to please his family.  Edgar will truly be missed and I ask God to keep the family strong.

Ed, may you Rest in eternal peace and know that your children will never forget you.  They have photos, stories and memories that will always keep you alive in their hearts…. Worry not for them, they will be taken care of and they will be constantly reminded of the love you showed them.  It seems like just yesterday when I was sitting in your moms front room and you showed me the new dance fad which was  called the vogue (I can still see 20 something year old you vogue)  I think I’ll keep that memory forever…   

To my West Coast family; Words cannot  explain how I feel right now,  too many tears in my eyes , Ed was a little brother to me and I am gonna miss him so much. I remember him from the first time I saw him in 1967, wow such a long time ago.. he will always be in my heart and on my mind.. love and deepest sympathy to our family for our loss.    I was really looking forward to seeing you since the last time I was out there we only was able to kick it for a short time. Life is very unpredictable because I thought about calling you, but thought you would always be here, and I can call when I was ready to come  visit and catch up on what's been happening throughout the years. I will always remember how you gave me and Gari advice when we were younger. I love you and I miss you. RIP

I rember all the great times me and my dad our family trips our family get togethers there  and my dad always being a loving and caring father even though there were our ups and downs at  some points  but u always took care of me . dad you worked so hard and never gave up on me I will always hold you close to my heart and I’m gonna miss that smile as well as the old times where we took  drives you and I and you’d put don’t you remember by Luther vandross  and we’d sing it in the car that was a song that u and I both loved  I may have been pitchy singing it but that always put a smile on my face singing in the car with u dad love you forever and always yours Truely your younger and grown up  daughter Sumaria
