A year ago we lost our dearly loved daughter-in-law Emily. 
We will always have very fond memories of our time spent together in Chula Vista. We were always welcomed and felt very much "at home". I miss her happy smiling face and being asked to "come back soon" when we left. 
Emily will always be remembered for the happy times and the love we shared.
Rest in Peace Emily.

Such a sweet, caring, and warm soul. Oh Emily, you will be greatly missed by so many. Through my marriage with your cousin Sammy, I was fortunate to meet you. Though the  times we met were far in between, it was always nice to see you, Andy, and Ethan. You always welcomed us into your home with such joy and when we’d stay for hours, you never failed to check on us, to be sure we were okay, and if we needed anything. We will miss you, Emily. 

For the family of Emily, we are holding you in our hearts. We will continue to pray for strength and peace for you during this difficult time.

My sincere condolences to the family and friends. I probably met you ate Emi when I was 5 years old back in grandpa’s old house in Pampanga, Philippines. I wish I had a chance to spend time and know you more, my sweet and beautiful cousin. I look all your pictures and seen how happy and joyful you were. You looked very much alike my sister Beth . We will continue to pray for you and your family ate.

Oh my dear friend Em, I am so thankful for our many years of friendship.  I look at these pics, many of which I forced on you from my iphone, though I'm glad we got to capture some of our fun times.  We met at SDSU, 'drifted' for some time, then picked up again at a different point of our lives - the grown-up (and Cymer) years! Thank you for being my wise, loyal, loving friend and support. I hope I was able to hold you up thru the rough stuff as you have for me.  I miss you already.

Condolences to the family of Emily Gardner. Emily was a very open and heartful person to work with at Cymer. I remember how she welcomed me when I first started at Cymer and was very supportive. She will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace.

I am heart broken from hearing of Emily's passing.  She was such a happy, sweet and funny gal.  As a fellow brother of Delta Sigma Pi and accounting major, I have a lot of memories of Emily... Some of my favorite ones are of her and I in the library laughing so loud we almost got kicked out or her ability to truly make lemonade out of lemons.. which I think was her Graduation saying at the DSP banquet.   The world lost an angel with a big smile and a bigger heart!

We have had the privilege and honour of Emily as our daughter in law for the past 25 yrs. Emily welcomed us into their home and made us feel so comfortable every time we visited Chula Vista. It has become a second home to us. She was such a lovely person, devoted wife, mother and friend. We will be forever grateful for her acceptance of us into her home and giving us the freedom to do as we liked.
Dear Emily keep that lovely smile, you will always be in our thoughts, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being such a wonderful daughter in law.
