My deepest condolences to your family.  I consider myself lucky and blessed that I was able to hang out with Lola Fely.  She was kind, funny, and reading her story on Eric’s page, she persevered and was so strong of character. May her memory be a blessing.

We are so grateful that we were able to know Tita Fely during our time on Brown Ave. I will always remember her working in the garden while the kids played around her.  She was always easy to talk to and I loved hearing about the flowers and veggies she was growing. Tita Fely, you will be missed. Rest in peace and love.

Freedom loved Lola Feli. Every time he saw her afterschool, he wanted to hang out in her garden and ask all sorts of questions. She was always patient and gave him such loving attention. He will remember her as a generous elder who was an expert gardener and giver of the best snacks :)

My deepest condolences to your family. Fely was a remarkable person ~ so kind hearted and so fierce at the same time. I will cherish having her in my care at Kaname Chiropractic. It was a great JOY to witness her low back and trouble with walking resolve. To see her walking upright, dignified and with confidence again! I loved hearing about her gardening and care for the family dog. She will be missed, and we are grateful to have known her.

"Nanay Fely" is what I called her because that's what we call our elderly Filipino to show respect.  Also, she's just like a mom to me. I met her when she used to pick up her "Apo" Niall at school which is my younger son's classmates since kindergarten. I've gotten to know her more when my sister and her husband and my mom rented their downstairs unit. My mom and her traded food and she loves sharing her vegetables from her garden. Even when my family moved out, I still see her around and she always give me a hug and always have that nice smile on her face. She was a kind, generous, loving and strong "Lola & Nanay. 
You will be very missed each time there's special events at our school.
 The lord bless you and keep you. We love you nanay fely!

We are so sorry for your loss. Lola Fely was so good to us and treated us like her family, like we were her kids and grandkids too. We miss her lovely presence, hugs, smile and food too 😄  

We will always be grateful that she took care of Joaquin when he was a baby especially because he cried all the time. So patient and loving with him. She assured me it was ok. Good thing it was only a short time 🤣.  We miss her and continue to pray for her and your family. May Lola Fely rest in peace.

We are so sad that you had to say goodbye to your mom and grandmother - it feels so unfair that she didn’t get more time with you four when it was so clear how much she loved you all. How blessed to have had the years you got to spend with her, and to have had the chance to make so many memories with her! I cherish the time I had with my Amah and everything she taught me. I know so much of the best parts of me, I owe to her and I still feel how much love she gifted me. I hope you always keep that in your hearts and that this brings you joy and comfort.
