

Everyone’s life is the sum total of all of the people they have met, the things they have done, the places they have gone. Felipe Ibuyan Igno was no exception. He was a loved one, a friend, and someone special. To family and friends who knew him best, Felipe will be remembered as a very exceptional person.
Felipe was born on June 5, 1922, to Jose Igno and Maria Ibuyan in Kawit, Cavite, Philippines. He was raised with one sibling a sister, Lina Encarnacion. Felipe was usually involved in all sorts of activities with his family sharing many life experiences over the years.
How a person performs in the workplace can be a reflection on how they live their life. Fortunately, Felipe enjoyed what he did for a living. Felipe proudly served in the United States Army.
Felipe Ibuyan Igno left us on August 5, 2010. He passed away Friendship Manor Convalescent Home in National City, California. The cause of death was due to Natural Causes. He is survived by his sister, Lina Encarnacion. Services were handled by Glen Abbey Mortuary. A Funeral Mass was held at Mater Dei Catholic Church in Chula Vista, California on Saturday, August 18, 2012. Felipe Ibuyan Igno was laid to rest at Glen Abbey Memorial Park in Bonita, California.
Felipe Ibuyan Igno leaves behind him a legacy of lifelong friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life Felipe Ibuyan Igno touched will always remember him with a smile.
