Hector S. Machado

Hector S. Machado was born on August 8, 1954. He first greeted the world in National City, California. His parents' names were Hector Machado Gilbert and Antonia Machado Galvan. He was raised with three siblings. He had two sisters named Noehmi Esther and Miriam Machado and one brother, Rigoberto Machado. Hector attended and graduated from Montgomery Senior High School in 1973.

While everything a person does in life contributes to who they grow into, it is ultimately this same person who holds the most influence on the next generation. Hector worked hard to be a good father to his children and he did his best to fulfill their needs. Hector was blessed with three children, Deborah, Isacc and Hector Jr. He was also blessed with the gift of three grandchildren which he was fortunate enough to help raise.

Hector enjoyed what he did for a living. Showing a strong work ethic, Hector worked diligently and did his best to succeed in his career. While he worked several jobs over his life, Hector’s primary occupation was working for the City of Chula Vista. He was employed for over 20 years. He was also a business owner of multiple properties.

Hector Machado left us on March 21, 2011. He passed away in San Diego, California. He is survived by his loving children Deborah A. Sainz, Isacc O. Machado, Hector S. Machado Jr. as well as many other family members and friends. Services were held on April 1, 2011 at The Christian Center of National City.

Hector was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by his family and friends as being caring and giving, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Hector leaves behind him a legacy of lifelong friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life Hector S. Machado touched will always remember him with a smile.
