It is with heavy heart and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Kaylani Jizelle; beloved daughter, sister, niece and friend. Kaylani is survived by her mother, Karina, her brother, Jorge, as well as her family: Stepfather, Bernardo, and step siblings Cassie, Shantal, Jorge and little Elvy.
Although short, Kaylani’s life was a vibrant, joyous and love-filled one. Always emanating passion on all aspects of her life. Whether it was through a simple “hello” or her unconstrained silliness, through her academic drive or her competitiveness in sports, Kaylani definitively made a life-lasting impression on all of us. To have known Kaylani was to have known an exemplary daughter, a caring sister, a true friend and a beautiful, loving soul.
Kaylani will be deeply missed and her spirit will forever inspire those of us who knew her. May her soul forever rest in peace.
