

CHULA VISTA, CA – Lloyd E. Hebron, 53, departed this life on April 4, 2024, in San Diego, CA. He was born on April 23, 1970, in Newport, Rhode Island. The eldest of the three children of Tony Hebron and Angelina Ebalo.
Lloyd graduated from Central Kitsap High School in Washington. Following graduation, Lloyd served in the US Navy with a rank of Petty Officer Third Class (CTR 3) from 1990-1994. He then completed his Respiratory Therapy Technician degree at California College for Health Sciences in 1996.
Lloyd devoted almost 27 years working as a Respiratory Therapist at Scripps Mercy Medical Hospital Chula Vista. It is also where he met his wife, RoseMary Lacanilao. The couple were blessed with a daughter, Gabrielle, in their 17 years of togetherness.
Lloyd is a fan of the Los Angeles Lakers, Kobe Bryant, and the Chargers and the biggest fan of his daughter’s music and volleyball games. He enjoys playing golf and doing Starbucks runs. Summer is his favorite season where can be a typical Californian wearing shorts and flip flops. He loves flavored drinks, baseball caps, watching the sports channel, spending time with his family and fur babies, Coco and Kozmo. Lloyd can be best remembered for his child-like laughter, surprises, and big warm embraces.
He is predeceased by his son, Christopher and father, Tony; survived by his wife, RoseMary; children, Jeremy and Gabrielle; mother, Angelina; brother, Jeff and wife Eldrid; sister, Jenn and husband Alex; nieces, Aricela and another baby girl on the way; nephews, Mason and Kieran; uncles; aunties; other nieces, nephews and cousins; and fur babies.
A service of remembrance will be held on April 26, 2024, Friday, 4:00pm-9:00pm at the Chapel of Roses, Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA, 91902. Those who wish to remember Lloyd in a special way may make gifts in his loving memory to Mental Health America of San Diego County, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
