Manuel "Perry" Machado V

He was born on November 6,1963 to Manuel and Janie Machado in Bonita, California, where Perry lived all of his life. Both of his parents preceded Perry, as Manuel passed in 1999 and Janie passed in 2018. Perry is survived by his brother Paul Machado, sister Kathy Lightbody, brother-in-law Kenneth Lightbody, and four nephews Luke, Michael, Ryan and Kyle.

Perry attended Sunnyside Elementary, Bonita Vista Middle, and Bonita Vista High. He made many friends in San Diego county throughout his life. He worked 40 years in the family business, Chula Vista Blueprint, and is known for driving his blue corvette around town. He also spent much of his time doing yardwork or housework in his Bonita home.

A brief service will be held for Perry on Thursday, September 12, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Chapel of Roses in Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Rd. Bonita, California 91902. A graveside service is to then follow shortly after. A gathering to celebrate Perry's life will follow graveside services at
