Maria Teresa McSherry Guzman, who was at the age of 75 when she passed away in the city of San Diego, California on Friday, September 6, 2024. Maria was born in the Philippines on June 10, 1949, to Alfredo Hortillas and Rosalina Hortillas, of the Philippines. Maria is survived by her husband, Hector Jose Guzman, her 3 daughters and son, 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Services for Maria are to take place on Friday, September 20 from 5 to 9pm at the Chapel of Roses located in the heart of Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Rd, Bonita, CA 91902. On Saturday, September 21, a funeral service will take place at St. Mary's Catholic Church from 2:00-3:00PM, 426 E 7th St, National City, CA 91950 with a committal service to follow at Glen Abbey Memorial Park at 3:30 to 4pm.
