

Noel Madarang was born in Santa Rita Aringay, La Union Philippines on September 21, 1949. He was the third child of Pio and Catalina Madarang, had five brothers, (one deceased) and five sisters. He spent his elementary days in Santa Rita Elementary School and high school years in Notre Dame Institute in Aringay, La Union Philippines. He attended college at Far Eastern University in Manila where he finished Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Banking and Finance. He worked as a Senior Cashier at Home Savings Bank Manila for several years.
During his childhood days, being the eldest among his brothers, he was a role model to his siblings. He loved to cook, do laundry and see to it that the house is spic and span.
In April 16, 1978, he married Cecilia Boadilla and was blessed with three children, Nathaniel, Noel Jr. and Vanessa. He was a very loving and dedicated father. Though he didn’t want to leave his family, he applied for a job in Japan and worked there for nine years.
He migrated to America with his family on April 13, 1998. He worked in Fuji Tru-color Inc. When the company closed, he applied for another job and was accepted at the County of San Diego Sheriff’s department.
Noel was a loving husband to his wife, a loving father and grandfather to his children and grandson, loving brother to his siblings and a good friend to everyone.
