Rachile Fabre Bautista - Genneken

Rachile Fabre Bautista was born and spent her early years in the Republic of the Philippines. Gold medalist when she was grade six graduated Diliman Preparatory School, Philippines. High school graduate of Holy Spirit, graduated from the University of Santo Tomas earning a Bachelor of Science Major in Business Administration degree in 1993, where she also performed as the class treasurer.

Then worked at Sun Life of Canada Philippines for six years, after which she immigrated to the United Stated to pursue a career in insurance. Passed the California State Life Insurance Agent exam in 2007 and the same year she converted and obtained her permanent resident.

She moved to San Diego and got married to Keith Allen Genneken. Worked part time at Star News newspaper as an administrative assistant and wrote in the weekly paper log for the Chula Vista Police Department. She worked as a tax preparer at H&R Block in Chula Vista. Besides enjoying watching the sunset and traveling to different parts of the country and world, she volunteered her spare time at Saint John Hospital in Santa Monica Oncology Department and Mama's Kitchen in San Diego California.
