Bobby will stay in the hearts of all he ran across, a man among men, as well as a dad, son, husband and friend.   Ray Morris.

Having met Bobby in 1979, it is both hard to believe he has passed. My heart goes out to his family, and of course his beautiful wife and daughter. September rolls around, and I want to pick up the phone and wish him happy birthday.  I called Mary this year, instead.  Its important to keep Robert in out heart and thoughts, and the great memories will live strong forever....Ray Morris

We all have the family in our hearts today as we have every day over the last year... the strength that the Quijanos have shown as a family has made it easy for the rest of us. Knowing Bobby is safe with his lord watching over the family is so comforting...We all miss him, but know he is right there with us at every turn.  With love to the family Ray Morris. I had the honor of meeting Bobby when we started working at SDGE together in 1979. From day one, he showed class and true character, a solid pride and humbleness, dedication to his family and respect to all he met. That continued for the next 42 years that I knew him, only growing more and more each day.  His love of family, of faith and sincere glow of that smile will exist forever. He never would really leave, unless he knew that everything was in place for his family and friends to move on. He definitly left a tremendous  footprint for all to follow. Many thanks to the Quijano family for sharing Bobby with the rest of us over the years....You were always his priority!    love to all, Ray Morris 

My best memories of cousin Bobby were when we were kids.  We would go fishing with Mr. Caldron and my Uncle Alex  at IB pier not knowing what we were doing but having a great time, catching fish no matter how small the fish were.  There were times we went to Otay Lakes and Uncle Alex would rent a row boat and we would fish  for bluegills and crappies.  Bobby , his brother David and I all worked for SDGE.  Every once in a while I would get a call that he was at the Power Plant and we would talk about family and going fishing, but our work schedules would make it difficult,  Lesson learned, don't make work a priority over family.
I will always have great memories of cousin Bobby, take care of him Lord.

I have nothing but good memories with Bobby. His good vibes and positive energy was always felt before he even opened his mouth.  To me he was always like a second father figure. I’ll always remember going to LA to catch a clippers game shortly after David passed away. We stopped at in n out on the way up and the talk that we had was a good one. Even just recently we went golfing about or two before the wedding and he was so excited for Mark and Lauren to get married. I was excited for him to get the chance to be a Grandpa because I know that he would have done a great job at that. I’ll always remember him singing karaoke songs and blowing his conch shell among many other things. His sinigang was delicious and whenever I eat it anywhere I’ll always think of him. I’m so sad that he is gone but I’m happy that he is reunited with his father, mother, and brother. I’m hoping that I get to be with him again in the future and that we can catch up on all the things that have happened since. For now, I know that he is looking down on us with a smile on his face. Rest in Paradise Bobby. Love you. Miss you.

Robert served as ace second father to me. I remember driving up to Reno with him, Mary, and Lauren to our end-of-the-year tournament. We shared memories, played games in the car, and shared laughs. That’s what he was always doing was making Lauren and I laugh. As we grow older the last year was still there he made us feel like we were 12 again with all the memories.He shared them with my fiancé and my fiancé and him clicked instantly. He was always so welcoming and knew how to keep the entertainment alive. This picture I share Is from the best memory of all and that’s at Lauren’s wedding. I’ve never seen him so happy! We were having the best time tearing up the dance floor! I am so glad this is my last memory of him 🥰❤️ Of course he made us all laugh before you took the picture.
