Randy passed away on May 25,2020,to be with our Almighty Father in heaven, 4 days shy of his 54th birthday. He was born in the Philippines on May 29, 1966. The following year, Randy nd his Mom joined his Dad in Pensacola FL, where his brother Rommel was born in 1968. The Navy moved the family to New London CT, where his Mom gave birth to his brother Ed in 1971. He was 8 years old when the family transferred to San Diego. He graduated high school at Montgomery High in South SD. In 1984, the family moved to Bonita. He attended San Diego State University and obtained a bachelor's degree in Public Administration in 1990. After a year, he got married and found a job in San Francisco working for State Farm as an Insurance Adjuster. After his divorce in 2000, he moved back to San Diego , bought a house in Rancho Del Rey, and joined his Dad's business as a R.E. Appraiser. He also worked for Custard Insurance Group as an Insurance Adjuster.
