My sister Susan has a heart of gold,..a smile of pure joy…a kindness that extended to all she knew. I will miss her dearly.Rest in peace and may God be with you and bless you always in heaven . Love you sister!

It’s difficult to express how I feel without you, sister. We have shared so many memories together and through it all, I have known you to be such an extraordinary example of a good daughter, mother, grandmother, wife, aunt, and friend. I will always cherish all the fond memories I have of my beautiful, funny, smart, well-spoken sister. On your last day in the hospital, for some strange reason, a nurse asked you what was the happiest day of your life, although, in pain,  you smiled and answered,  you said the happiest day of your life was when your grandson "Juju" was born and held him in your arms. I shared your happiness and joy to be a grandmother for the first time. I am posting the video clip you shared with us.  We all love and miss you so much. Rest In Peace, my dear sister. Love you forever 

As one of her sister-in-laws living in the same family household, I came to know sister Susan very well. she was about 17 years old, a very avid student. She loves to hang out with classmates and friends. She like singing, outing, and sightseeing. She was a charming young girl and later on blossomed into a young woman. Her 3rd brother, Lolito, my husband, was in the military and was transferred to San Diego, CA in Jan 1973. A few months later, my mother-in-law joined us. In 1974, Susan and her older sister Virgie arrived in San Diego.... with a positive outlook, sister Susan confronted the challenges of settling in an unfamiliar new world. With courage and determination along with the rest of her unmarried brothers and sisters, they successfully attained the American dream! And the rest is history... she was a remarkable woman who left behind, a priceless legacy, her loving family, and many happy memories! Rest In Peace, sister-in-law Susan... be happy, walk and sing with the angels!

I remember the time Auntie Saning took a picture of me wearing Sunglasses when I was very young.  I also remember the times we spent staying overnight playing with JJ, and Miah. Then later Jessica was born and was an adorable baby girl.  I remember commenting that Jessica’s skin was so soft and Auntie Saning replied, “Of course, because she is a newborn baby and all newborns have soft skin”.  Auntie Saning was kind and loving to us all and will be missed deeply.  My deepest condolences and prayers. May she rest in peace. God Bless…

Auntie Susan or as I have always called her, Auntie Saning was always cheerful and very caring. I had a lot of fond memories as a child when I and my brother would visit to play along with her son’s and daughter. She had been a prime example of how much love and care she had given to her children that it influenced me when I grew up. She had been a kind ear whenever I needed someone to talk to. I will never forget those times. I will miss her dearly. May she rest in peace.

Sister Susan had a heart full of goodness and love. She led a full life and left behind so many happy and joyful memories. As a brother, I saw her grow up from a little child to becoming a young adolescent girl and to a beautiful lovely woman, Throughout the years of her life, she made many friends because of her joyful pleasant personality. She was always full of humor and was the kind of person who can lit up the room with the warmth of her presence. 

 She was a sparkling gem and the pride of her parents, brothers, and sisters. 

To her kind loving husband, she was a loyal faithful hardworking wife who blessed him with 3 beautiful children, 2 sons, and a daughter. 

To her children, she was a loving mother and friend who raised them with so much love and adoration.   

Susan… will always be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend. We all love her and we will miss her very much. Rest in peace my sister.
