William E. Cooper, age 81, of Chula Vista, California passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.
A memorial service for William will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Swiss Park & Hall, 2001 Main St, Chula Vista, CA 91911.
