William "Bill" Frank Dodd

Bill was born in London, England on September 8th, 1951 to William and Gwendoline Dodd. He loved to tell his stories of growing up in London and causing all sorts of trouble as a kid.

Bill is survived by his second wife, Maria “Lucy” Lara, his two grown children Wendy and Billy Dodd, 5 grand kids and his younger sister Lora Dadds. He was preceded in death by his first wife Julie.

Bill was the kind of man who filled the room with his joy and humor, always ready with a beer and a funny story or joke to tell. His positivity made a lasting impact on everyone he met.

His loss leaves a void that cannot be filled, but his spirit and love will be carried forward in every life he touched, and he will be profoundly missed.

A visitation for Bill will be held Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Magnolia Room, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, January 3, 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Chapel of the Roses, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, January 3, 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902.
