William (Jeff) was a most loving husband, soul mate, loving father and best friend. He is survived by wife, Sandra, son Kyle, and seven month of granddaughter Lacee. William proudly served in the United’s States Air Force. Stationed in Colorado and transferred to March Air Force in California as a Military Police K-9 Officer.
He began his career as Emergency Medical Technician and pursued additional training to become a Physician’s Assistant. He was a Sargent with the San Diego Police Department for eight years. Later in life, his passion was computers and graduated from Coleman College. He will be dearly missed by many, because he touched so many hearts.
