Yvonne Irene Ekstrom, age 81, of Imperial Beach California passed away peacefully on March 4, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband Johnny Eckstrom, son Frank Warren and brother Lewis Bruun. She is survived by her daughter Cathy McCracken (Mike), sister Dawn West, and daughter in law Raelynn Warren. She has several grandchildren including Matthew Warren, Ryan Warren, Courtney McCracken, Tiffany Manarino, Brittany McCracken and her first great grandchild Cooper Franklin Warren. She is also survived by many nieces and extended family.
She was born in San Diego and spent most of her life in the city of Imperial Beach. She most recently lived at Saint James Plaza, where she enjoyed gardening, spending time with her grandchildren, walking to the beach, and going out to eat with her family. She will be deeply missed and her memories will be cherished by those she loved. Relatives and friends are invited to the gravesite service at Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA on Saturday March 9, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
