Diana Lee Keel

Diana (Blake-Ordiway) Keel of Bonita Springs, Florida, formerly of Midland, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2025, in Bonita Springs, Florida, at the age of 74, surrounded by loved ones. She was born on October 27,1950 in Midland, Michigan to Richard and June Blake. She graduated from Midland High School in 1968.

Diana is survived by her husband Rodger Keel; her 96 year old mother June Blake; her sister Kathy Schultz; her sons Marty (Donna) Ordiway and Richard (Kathy) Ordiway; her stepchildren Carol Stahl, Brian Keel and Linette Short; her grandchildren Kayla, Mason, Madison, Maverick, Cole and Hannah Ordiway; five great-grandchildren; and her nephew Scott (Carla and Blake) Soper.

While living in Midland she was an avid bowler for over 30 years where she made many lifelong friends. Her passion later in life became Ancestry. She searched for many years finding her family heritage and helped many other friends find theirs.

Cremation has taken place and Diana will be laid to rest in the family plot at Midland Cemetery at a later date. Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us everyday, unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear.
