He was born in Puerto Rico on February 5, 1934 to Pedro and Justina (De Jesus) Santiago. Early on, the family moved to Brooklyn, New York where he spent a good part of his life and made a career of over twenty years working for the State of New Jersey as a social worker. In 1970 Domingo was also the valedictorian of the Seminary program in New York where he became an ordained minister for the Assemblies of God.
Domingo is survived by his beloved wife Priscila; loving children Dominick (Olga), Priscila (Paul) Mirone, Judibelle, Jadis, Briseida, and Natan; dear grandchildren Austin (Charlotte) DeLeonardo, Dialyn Santiago, Ellis Mirone, Justin Johnson, Dynara Mirone, Celine Santiago, Ernesto Santiago, Viola Santiago, and Iris Santiago, as well as two great-grandchildren and his siblings Reina, Miguel, Pete, Danny, Lali, Elizabeth, Johnny, Luisa, and Joey.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Justina, as well as his siblings, Lupin, Esteban, Malen, and Abraham.
